Air Purification

With COVID-19 Pandemic projected to last for several years, now it’s more important than ever to consider some form of purification for commercial buildings and homes.

This page will provide information on the different types of purification. Each space needs are different in many ways so please contact us to discuss the best approach for your building.

Application:

  • Medical Offices
  • High rise buildings
  • Laboratories
  • Urgent Cares
  • Surgery rooms
  • Restaurants
  • Cigar bars
  • Hotels
  • Gymnamsims
  • Schools
  • Offices
  • Homes
  • Spas

Ionization air purification:  Mother Nature’s little Air Scrubbers.

  • How it works:  As air passes over the products, millions of positively and negatively charged ions are formed – just like in nature. These bipolar ions disperse into the occupied space through the duct system, proactively attacking airborne contaminants where they cause the most problems for occupants.
  • Affordable
  • Low maintenance, energy efficient, and highly effective on pollutants such as particulate matter, bacteria, viruses, mold spores, odors, and VOCs
  • Can be installed in many different types of HVAC equipment, including but not limited to the following types. Furnace, an air handling unit, fan coil unit, Package RTU, WSHP, VAV, PTAC, heat pump or ductless split system.
  • Stand-alone application.

Ultraviolet Air purification/Air Scrubbers:

  • Purifies the air and reduces particles that can irritate allergies and asthma
  • Protects people from dangerous contaminants and pollutants.
  • reduces odors, visible smoke in the air, and microbial populations on        surfaces.
  • Can be installed in many different types of HVAC equipment, including but not limited to the following types. Furnace, an air handling unit, fan coil unit, Package RTU, WSHP, VAV, PTAC, heat pump or ductless split system.
  • Stand-alone application.

Fan Filter Units

  • Air filters and HEPA fan filter units are specifically designed to remove harmful airborne particles from air that is recirculated throughout an environment.
  • A fan filter unit is a specific style of motorized air filtering equipment that is primarily used to source purified air to a wide range of microenvironments.
  • Cleanrooms
  • Laboratories
  • Medical facilities
  • Microenvironments

Integrated room monitor/controller

  • Displays a clear indication of the room’s pressure status and current usage
  • Can support simple to complex room controls including volumetric offset, variable volume, and direct pressure controls for small to large critical environments using up to three supply air valves and up to three general exhaust valves.
  • Can be configured to show set point, alarm status and / or allow the user to adjust set point of up to 28 points
  • High Speed Fume Hood Labs
  •  Volumetric Tracking Pairs
  •  Wet Laboratories
  •  Vivarium / Animal Rooms
  •  Surgery Suites / Operating Rooms
  •  Pharmacy (USP-797 & 800)
  •  Airborne Infectious Isolation Rooms
  •  Procedure Rooms
  •  Patient Rooms
  •  Clean Rooms
  •  Cascaded Labs

Ion Generator

  • Ionization equipment is effective in reducing harmful pollutants and odors by introducing positive and negative ions into the system.
  • In commercial or industrial projects, pollutants such as airborne particles from smoke, dust, spores; VOCs from cleaning supplies, glues, paints, or other chemicals; odors from locker rooms, cooking, nursing homes, industrial processes; and even health related concerns from mold, bacteria, and viruses all contribute to poor indoor air quality
  • Normal residential, office, or classroom space – low pollutant levels
  • Day care center, nursing home, food processing facility, restaurant – medium pollutant levels
  • Animal hospital, casinos, light manufacturing, smoking areas, nail/beauty salons – heavy pollutant levels
  • Industrial facility, heavy manufacturing, or garbage room – very heavy pollutant levels
  • Installation in air handling units (AHU), furnaces, or duct systems for residential and   commercial applications
